To enhance accountability and transparency, it is possible for a tenant admin to make it mandatory for users to include comments for all actions in the audit. By selecting Admin in the top right corner, you can then configure system settings as show below:
This ensures clear documentation of every change made, promoting trust in the system and compliance with organizational standards. If you attempt to leave the comment blank, the following error will be shown.
Any comments which have been made will be logged in the system and will be seen with the audit trail for screening.
