How to create a Report (‘Search’ functionality)


You are able to create an exportable report for record keeping purposes within your CRM. To do this, you will need to have access to the Themis ‘Search’ module in the Platform. Once you have run an investigation within here you can create an editable & exportable report for future reference. 


  1. Run a ‘Search’ on your Client. For steps on how to do this follow our ‘Search’ article here.
  2. Click ‘Create Report’ 
  3. This will generate a report for you, you are able to fill in as much information as you like in the free type fields, this includes: 
    1. Executive Summary - An overview summary of the client Risk Summary - A general overview and then traffic light risk system & comments for each of the following risks:
      1. Money Laundering
      2. Fraud
      3. Bribery & Corruption 
      4. Sanctions
      5. Tax Evasion 
      6. Modern Slavery/Human Trafficking 
      7. Illegal Wildlife Trade 
      8. Market Abuse
      9. Cyber Crime 
      10. Proliferation Financing 
      11. Cyber Terrorism 
      12. Terrorist Financing 
    2. Background - Any notes on history of this Client or background information 
    3. Company Details - Any associated companies to the Client along with a Risk rating and notes sections 
    4. Map - An image of the Risk Map created from the ‘Search’ module 
    5. Directly Associated Parties - Names, Location, Status & Relationship information to the Client 
    6. Indirectly Associated Parties - Names, Location, Status, Relationship & Other Party information to the Client 
    7. Financial Crime Checks 
    8. Sanctions 
    9. Law Enforcement 
    10. Political Exposure - PEP (Politically exposed person) or SOE (State owned enterprise) status 
    11. Associated People 
    12. Associated Companies 
    13. Discounted Information - Any information that may have been a ‘Match’ but was not confirmed (i.e. False Positives) 
  4. Once all information has been completed, the report can either be physically printed or saved as a PDF
  5. Click ‘Print Report’ in the top left hand corner
  6. Under ‘Destination’ select if you would like to save as PDF or send it to the printer.
