How to request a report using the Intelligence module

The Intelligence module now provides a great way to request intelligence reports. This can be done within the Themis Search platform by clicking on the Intelligence module:

Release Notes (1)-1

Request report

Within the module, you can now raise requests for reports on both individuals and companies. Once in the module, click on 'Request a Report' in the yellow box in the top right corner of the screen.

When requesting an Intelligence report, there are two mandatory fields:

1. The client's name (Individual or Company)

2. The supporting information box.

After completing the mandatory fields, click on 'send EDD request'.

You will receive a confirmation email that you have submitted your request, including all data provided. Once you submit your request, within the intelligence tab you will see your request with an auto-generated project name, and the status of the report will be 'Requested', along with the date and the time it was requested.

Download proposal

You will receive email notifications every time the status of your report changes. Once a proposal has been completed by the Intelligence team, you will receive an email notification that the proposal is available to be downloaded. To do so, click on the three dots under 'Action' and click the 'Download Proposal' button. When the proposal is agreed, the status of the report will change to 'Accepted' and then 'In Progress'.

Download Report

Once the report is complete, you will be notified by email, and you can then download the report from the the Intelligence module the same way you downloaded the proposal - 'Action' then click 'Download Report'.

Note: you can download the report and proposal as many times as you want.
