How to create a Client report (Screening and Monitoring)

Client Reports in the Themis Search Platform serve as powerful tools for bolstering your financial crime screening and monitoring efforts. After your customers undergo comprehensive screening, which includes checks for Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), Adverse Media, Sanctions, Law Enforcement, and more, the platform generates Client Reports. These reports provide a consolidated view of the screening results, offering rich data on identity, risk indicators, sanctions matches, adverse media findings, and other critical information. They play a pivotal role in risk assessment, due diligence, and compliance activities.


To generate a report: 

  1. Head to the 'Screen' or 'Monitor' sections of Themis Search. 
  2. Find the customer in the list or search for them to bring up their record. 
  3. On the right hand side under 'Action' click the three dot menu.
  4. Click 'Client Report' 
  5. This will generate information on the customer including:
    1. Their financial crime match status. 
    2. A record of their matched profile (if applicable).
    3. A list of what matches they did have (if applicable). 
    4. A list of any discounted profiles (name matches that aren't the same entity). 
    5. An audit history. 
  6. From here, you can either Print the report or download as a PDF - to do this, click 'Print Report' in the top right hand corner.
  7. Select what destination you want to save it to (either the printer or 'Save as a PDF').
