Themis Search Intelligence Module User Guide - Part 2

Part II: Request new EDD reports on Themis Search:

1. You should receive an email from Themis Search to set up your password and access your Themis account.

2. Click on Set Password and you will be directed to access your Themis Search account.

3. After entering your registered email address and password, you'll gain access to your Themis Search account. Depending on which modules have been purchased through Themis, the modules you have access to will be selectable. In this example, the Intelligence Module is the only module you would have access to.

4. To request an EDD Level 2 and/or 3 report, jurisdictional and industry specific reports and ESG risk reports, click on the Intelligence Module.

5. Once selected, you will be taken to a new page where you can request a report, click on Request a Report.

6. Provide our Intelligence team with all the information you have on the entity, then click ‘Send Intelligence Report Request’ at the bottom.

PS: The more information you can provide regarding your request, the easier it will be for our team to produce the most competitive proposal for your intelligence report.

7. Once a request is submitted, you will receive email confirmation that your report request has been sent.

8. Our team will review the proposal, and you will receive an email notification when there’s a status change.

9. Once the proposal is complete, you will receive an email notification with the same.

10. Within the platform, you will be able to track the progress of your Intelligence proposals and reports and receive email notifications each time there is a change in the status of your reports or when a proposal or report is submitted for download.
