Our Risk Assessment module allows you to send a Risk Assessment to your third party providers in one easy click. This will allow you to streamline the way you manage your suppliers and ensure that you are:
- Analysing your risk.
- Meeting your legal reporting and compliance requirements.
- Working with your suppliers to help improve their processes.
- Tracking improvement overtime.
To conduct a Risk Assessment:
- Click ‘Create Assessment’.
- Add in the relevant information to the fields:
- Title* [required field] - Title of your Risk Assessment
- Description
- Industry [required field] - Type and it will narrow down the option
- Email invitation message - The message your suppliers will receive in their email inbox once the RA has been sent. The Sender name will be whoever the login is associated with. You are able to customise this if this is not correct for your needs.
- Welcome page message - This is the message they will read when they open the RA on the homepage.
- Select the questions to add to the RA. These are split into 2 categories: capabilities and controls.
- Click the tick boxes to add questions - you can also click the drop down menus to preview the questions you are adding to the Risk Assessment.
- Click ‘Save’ to add the question and create the assessment.
- Select the Risk Assessment from the list to send to your supplier contacts.
- To send to a previous supplier contact click ‘Select Previous Recipients’ and choose them from the list.
- To send to a new contact click ‘Add New Recipient’ and add their contact information.
- In the Action section, click the three dots and click ‘Send’.
- Once the Supplier has completed the assessment, it will appear in the ‘Assessment’ module of the Platform, immediately, you will be able to see the risk assessment score.
- This will be from AAA+ (Best in class) - D (Requires urgent attention)
- Click into the assessment to access the in depth information including:
- A map overview comparing the AFC (Anti financial crime) score against controls.
- A breakdown of each individual section tested for.
- A list of issues, risks and recommendations.
- To create a downloadable report, scroll to the bottom of the assessment & click ‘Create Report’.
- In the top left hand corner, click ‘Print Report’ and save as a PDF.
