There may be a couple of reasons why you cannot find a company or individual in the Themis Search Platform. It may be that there are no matches for any financial crime activity. Alternatively, if you believe there should be a match and you can't find the company or individual you are looking for, you can request for us to manually add them to our system.
To send a request, press the Contact Us button on the Help widget (bottom right corner) and use 'Company/Individual Request' as the subject.
Please provide the following details:
- Name of the company/individual you are looking for (Required)
- Jurisdiction
- Company Number
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Existing or previous directorships
- A link to their website or social media
- Any other information one can use for identification
We will then review the request internally. Should the request be accepted, we will perform the research and update you on any findings.
Should the request be denied, we will reach back out to you to provide some more needed information.
