All data is strongly encrypted both at rest and in transit both within and externally to the platform. Data is stored securely within our cloud data centres located in the UK and Europe with full redundancy and failover. If required, we can host services for our clients in other regions as required.
All data generated by and on behalf of the client is retained for the duration of our contract and for at least two years after the end of the agreement for our own reporting purposes and to allow clients the opportunity to retrieve data should they need to. After this time, all client data is securely deleted. At any time during or after the end of the contract, the client may request that their data be securely removed.
